Erica Sutherland is the co-owner of Cox Rasmussen & Co. She has been with the company for over 20 years. She specializes in media recommendations, strategizing media buys and also handling all of the public relations for clients.

Besides over 20 years of advertising experience, Erica’s background includes being a TV news reporter and on-air anchor. She holds a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism from Humboldt State University.

Joe Sherwood was born and raised in San Jose, CA. Joe moved to Humboldt County in 2003 and quickly fell in love with the Northcoast. After attending classes at College of the Redwoods; Joe joined Cox Rasmussen & Co. in 2006. In 2023, Joe became part-owner in the company and handles all graphic design, radio & video production, and website design.
